Chocolate Protein Cookies

 

Makes 36 Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3 packages BestMed Chocolate Shake/Pudding
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp. cooking oil
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. butter extract
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/4 cup water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Mix water and pudding mix until smooth
  3. Add oil, vanilla, and butter extract and mix
  4. Add egg whites and mix thoroughly
  5. In a small bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda
  6. Add dry ingredients to liquid mixture and mix until smooth
  7. Drop by teaspoonful onto a baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray or lined with parchment paper
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes
  9. Allow cookies to cool on cooling rack
