Order Processing At Doctor’s Weight Loss, we are committed to getting your nutritional supplies to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the following business day.

• Free Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $79 within the continental United States.

Heat-Sensitive Products (Protein Bars & Chocolates) Please be aware that some of our products, such as protein bars, are sensitive to high temperatures. To ensure the best quality:

• We recommend shipping to a location where someone can receive the package immediately (such as an office or a neighbor).
• If your order arrives and the bars feel soft due to transit heat, do not unpack or squeeze them. Simply place the box in your refrigerator for about an hour. They will re-harden and maintain their full nutritional value.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
