RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Eligibility We want you to be completely satisfied with your health journey. However, because we carry food and medical-grade nutritional products, we must maintain strict safety standards:

  • Unopened Items only: To be eligible for a return, products must be sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened food or supplement items.
  • Timeline: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, you must notify our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Please email info@doctorsweightloss.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product so we can expedite a replacement or credit.

How to Process a Return

  2. Include your order confirmation number in the package.
  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
