RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Eligibility

At Doctor’s Weight Loss, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies exclusively to BestMed, Nutriwise, and Protiwise products, subject to the following conditions:

  • Taste Satisfaction Guarantee: For eligible non-powdered products, if you open a box and try one individually packaged item but are not satisfied with the taste, you may ship the remaining items back to us for a full refund of that box’s purchase price. All remaining items must be unused, individually sealed, and returned in the original box.
  • Powdered Products: Powdered products are eligible for return only if the box remains sealed and unopened. Opened boxes of powdered products are not eligible for a return or refund, even if the individual packets remain sealed.
  • Unopened Products: Sealed, unopened products from BestMed, Nutriwise, and Protiwise are eligible for return in their original packaging. Products from other brands are not eligible for return or refund under this guarantee.
  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be issued after we receive the returned products and confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements above.

Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, you must notify our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Please email info@doctorsweightloss.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product so we can expedite a replacement or credit.

How to Process a Return

  1. Contact us at (800) 915-5122 or info@doctorsweightloss.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Include your order confirmation number in the package.
  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
